Andrii Ivanskyi

Graduated from Donetsk Higher Military and Political School with a gold medal (1991), Law Institute of Odesa State University named after I.I.Mechnikova (1997), master's degree in civil service of the Odessa National Law Academy with honors (2004), Odessa State University of Economics (2009), Faculty of Law of the State University of Innsbruck, Austria (2014), Academy of Economics, Taxes and Law in Vienna, Austria, 2014 (ARS – Akademie Wirtschaft, Recht und Steuern in Wien).
In 2000, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences on the topic "Legal regulation of financial and settlement relations in foreign economic activity".
In 2009, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Financial and legal responsibility in modern Ukraine: a theoretical study."
Twice awarded the highest award of the State Tax Service of Ukraine - "Honorary employee of the State Tax Service of Ukraine".
He is the author of more than 130 scientific works, a number of monographic publications and training manuals, both co-authored and single-handed on problematic issues of financial law and taxation, treasury activities, activities of state financial control bodies, legal regulation of virtual assets, local self-government, European Union law, etc. He is a co-author of a number of draft laws.
Chief researcher of the State Institution "Institute of Information, Security and Law" of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.
Professor of the Department of the International Humanities University.
Member of the public association "Research Center for Economic and Legal Solutions in the Field of Application of Distributed Register Technologies".
