- tax obligations of UKRAINIANS temporarily residing in various EU countries
- criteria for determining tax residency;
- regulation by Ukrainian and international tax legislation, the Convention on Avoidance of Double Taxation;
- which taxes paid in Ukraine can be credited in the host country; according to which exemption from payment is possible and not possible;
- taxation of natural persons (FPO, employed persons, subjects of independent professional activity (lawyers, notaries, arbitration administrators, experts, etc.), taxation of seafarers' income), taxation of employed employees in Ukraine, but located outside its borders;
- responsibility for incomplete and/or late payment of taxes, correctness of determination of tax residency;
- exchange of tax information between Ukraine and EU countries.
